• My Tenerife App (Aplication) and Website (2 in 1), The App / Website for Tenerife to quickly and easily find local offers, services and information such as: Restaurants, Bars, Excursions, Hotels, Shops etc. in Tenerife. The app and thus the website is multilingual, in English, German and Spanish. The language can be easily changed within the app and the website using the country flag icons. Each company entry shows Address and Contact details, the company logo and a Google map with the location on the map. Below the map there are two buttons to start the Apple or Google Maps Navigation App directly for the respective company. Via social media share buttons: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram you can easily share your favorites or next destinations on Tenerife My Tenerife has users from over 169 countries worldwide, which is 87% of the 195 countries worldwide. The top 10 countries of users are 1st Spain, 2nd England, 3rd Germany, 4th Ireland, 5th Holland, 6th Italy, 7th America, 8th Austria, 9th Iceland and 10th Belgium. The users are tourists, future tourists and residents who use My Tenerife to find out more, whether they are on the island of Tenerife or at home before their trip.

  My Tenerife is a Progressive Web App (abbreviation PWA). It does not need to be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Entering the domain (URL) in a browser is sufficient to call it up. This saves not only time but also storage space. No more updates as PWAs update like websites. The users see the latest version automatically when they visit the PWA (online). A PWA can not only be used on mobile devices but also on any Laptop/Notebook and desktop computer.

  For more convenience and a better user experience, the My Tenerife app can be easily installed on your device using the following browsers (Chrome Android, Safari iOS, Microsoft Edge macOS & Windows, Chrome macOS & Windows). It is also possible to install the app with the Firefox browser, but you need a Firefox extension called: PWAsForFirefox.

  Google and Microsoft have been supporting PWAs for longer than Apple, for this reason the Google Chrome browser and the Microsoft Edge browser are currently the best choices to install the My Tenerife app. This can be installed via the settings of the respective browser on your desktop computer, laptop/notebook, Android tablet or smartphone. With Apple iPhone and iPad, the app is simply installed using the "Add to Home screen" function.

  2023 will be the year for PWAs, as it is already known that Apple has now jumped on the Train and with their new operating system: "Aventura" (expected in October 2022) the Safari browser on MacOs will now also support the installation of PWAs. With the iPhone and iPad, the update for the Safari browser on iOS will come the first quarter of 2023.
